Our target
We aim for the website experience to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and, where applicable, Ontario’s AODA web requirements. This statement is a commitment and working target, not a claim that every page and every downloadable resource has already been independently certified.
Measures in the product
Current work includes semantic headings and landmarks, labelled forms, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, text alternatives for instructional visuals, status and error messages exposed to assistive technology, subject markers that do not rely on colour alone, responsive layouts, readable contrast, and previews that match the downloadable student file.
Known limitations
Some PDF, DOCX, PPTX, diagram, graph, map, and visual-practice resources may not yet provide an equivalent experience with every assistive technology. Complex mathematical notation and fixed-layout student pages can also present limitations. Automated checks cannot establish full accessibility, so manual keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, and downloadable-document testing remains part of launch and ongoing review.

If a resource or website feature is difficult to use, email Lemon.snap.info@gmail.com with the page or resource title, the format you need, and the barrier you encountered. Do not include private student information. We will acknowledge the request, work with you on a practical alternative, and explain if a specific element cannot reasonably be converted.
Feedback and review
Accessibility issues are treated as product defects. We review reports, prioritize barriers that block access or completion, and update this statement when the product or known limitations materially change.
